We had a mixed experience here. The ocean view and infinity pool were stunning, but the construction blocked some of it. The staff was helpful, though they didn't assist much with transportation. The room needed updating, and the restaurant situation was a bit inconvenient. A decent stay for the price.

Sea turtles at night were a magical surprise. The hotel is improving, and I appreciated the onsite dining option.

The beach access and stunning ocean view at the hotel were top-notch, making our stay really special. We spent hours chilling by the tranquil outdoor swimming pool, and the spa & wellness centre offered some much-needed relaxation. The only downside was the lack of on-site dining options, but we found great restaurants nearby, so it wasn't a major issue. Overall, a fantastic getaway spot by the sea! 🌊

The hotel has great potential with spacious rooms and nice views, but the experience was ruined by various issues. The loud pool music, tasteless restaurant food, and construction noise detracted from relaxation. On the positive side, the comfortable bed and cleanliness were notable. WiFi, elevator, and hot water were problematic.

The location was perfect - right outside, near the airport. The breakfast spread was fantastic. I would go back for that alone. Staff was super friendly. The view from my room was even better than in the photos. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again!

The staff at Cyan Cancun Resort & Spa were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like part of the family and provided excellent service. The pool area was fantastic, with an infinity pool and a swim-up bar that had a great atmosphere. The pool also offered plenty of space and comfortable loungers, with beautiful views of the ocean. The hotel even shades the pool from the afternoon heat, making it refreshing to swim in. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with balcony or jacuzzi options. The beds were extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel also had USB ports for charging devices and a big TV. it was a beautiful hotel with great amenities and a beachfront location.

Omg, the beach view from my room was magical! 🌊 staff was friendly, but just wish they had breakfast included. Bit of a bummer it's far from restaurants and clubs. rooms were spacious, but missing coffee maker.

Beachfront location, helpful staff, quick response to issues, lovely pool, convenient transportation options, nearby restaurants and grocery store.

We were also impressed with the beautiful view from our balcony and enjoyed spending time by the pool. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and a fine beach just a short distance away.

We did come across a few drawbacks. the facilities were not up to our standards, with issues such as a flooded shower and inconsistent hot water.

The highlight of our stay was the amazing sea view from our room. We also enjoyed the large and clean swimming pool with a great place to relax. The beach was conveniently located right next to the resort, great to easily enjoy the sand and surf. The bed in our room was comfortable, and we appreciated the peace and quiet. despite a few drawbacks, Cyan Cancun Resort & Spa offered a decent deal for the price.

The balcony view at this hotel was the best I've experienced; the pool area and beach access were lovely. Staff was helpful, offering a room for a late-night shower. I had an incredible stay here! The beach access and swimming pool were fantastic and the service was phenomenal. The staff were helpful and friendly, making sure I felt right at home. My room was top-notch with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful terrace. Plus, I loved the free toiletries and ironing facilities.
